El TPP es una bomba de tiempo para la Nueva Constitución

En asambleas barriales y territorios, y en todos los espacios, exigimos junto a las demandas sociales el retiro de la tramitación de TPP en el Senado, al igual que el de todos los proyectos de Piñera que afirman este modelo neoliberal.
El TPP-11 es un tratado internacional a punto de aprobarse en el Senado. Como Chile tiene tratados de libre comercio con los 11 países que lo integran, entre los cuales están Japón, Canadá, Australia y Nueva Zelanda, su objetivo no es el bajar aranceles. Persigue dar todas las garantías a las inversiones y proyectos de las corporaciones como Bayer /Monsanto y a las mineras, farmacéuticas, forestales y otras.
Si una ley chilena posibilitada por una nueva constitución es considerada por estas trasnacionales como un obstáculo al comercio o una expropiación, estas corporaciones pueden saltarse nuestra legalidad y demandar al Estado en tribunales internacionales donde la mayoría de las veces ganan los abogados puestos por ellos. En esos juicios no hay jueces, sino abogados de esas corporaciones y del Estado que deliberan en secreto. Esto nos afecta en la salud, las semillas y la soberanía, dificultando aun más el recuperar el agua, la semilla tradicional y pensiones dignas. Si se aprueba el TPP sería difícil de levantar ese amarre previo -como los que hizo Jaime Guzmán en la Constitución pinochetista- a una nueva constitución. El TPP ya está aprobado por los diputados y sólo falta que se vote por todos los senadores en sesión plenaria, sin fecha por ahora.
Hay que exigir al gobierno desechar definitivamente este proyecto que apunta a consolidar el modelo y detener los cambios. Su aprobación previa sería una bomba de tiempo para la nueva constitución que se está pariendo desde abajo en estos días, porque el TPP es una especie de constitución global que asegura férreamente las inversiones de las transnacionales. Por ello la constitución que nos permita desprivatizar el agua, y tener alimentos sanos, lograr no más AFP y cambiar las reglas del juego en tributación a mineras, forestales, agroquímicas o farmacéuticas transnacionales, sería cuestionada por estas empresas con demandas en tribunales internacionales cada vez que se ejerzan estos nuevos derechos constitucionales. Por eso hoy más que nunca decimos #NoalTPP , no a la entrega de soberanía y el intento de poner una camisa de fuerza a los cambios que hoy exige el pueblo.
