Chile pasa a la ofensiva contra el TPP-11 [Instructivo de acción. Movilización semana distrital]

El 17 de abril el Tratado Integral y Progresista de Asociación Transpacífico fue aprobado por la Cámara de Diputados, actualmente el TPP-11 es discutido por la Comisión de Relaciones Exteriores del Senado que será la única comisión que escuchará a las organizaciones sociales, luego debe ser revisado por la Comisión de Hacienda y, por decisión de los senadores, a Comisión de Constitución.

Desde la Plataforma de Organizaciones ciudadanas Chile Mejor sin TLC vemos con mucha preocupación la forma en que el Senado está discutiendo el TPP-11, acusamos sesgo y parcialidad  en las sesiones de la Comisión de Relaciones Exteriores en las que se escuchan a las organizaciones civiles.

Como plataforma hemos hecho llegar la petición de que el TPP-11 sea analizado, también, por las comisiones de Agricultura, Trabajo, Salud, Derechos Humanos, Medio Ambiente, tanto  al Presidente del Senado como a los presidentes de cada comisión y a todos los senadores teniendo nula respuesta por parte de estos.

La aprobación de este nefasto tratado sigue avanzando sin un verdadero análisis de sus implicancias y sin un debate verdaderamente democrático como lo exige un tratado de esta envergadura  y la sociedad civil. Los defensores del tratado transpacífico han intentado desprestigiar los argumentos de las organizaciones de la sociedad civil en contra del TPP-11 y nos han tratado de mitómanos. Hay que demostrarle a todos y todas que son ellos los que MIENTEN a la ciudadanía,  y dejar claro que somos muchos y muchas quienes decimos #NOALTPP11.

Por esto creemos que Chile debe pasar a la ofensiva contra el TPP-11, por lo que es muy importante aprovechar la semana distrital (24-28 junio) y generar una semana de agitación y movilización para hacerles saber a los Senadores que la gente de sus territorios los tiene en la mira. Invitamos a todas las organizaciones, los movimientos y los territorios a desplegar toda su creatividad ideando las más diversas formas de movilización contra el TPP-11 durante la próxima semana y especialmente el 26 de junio.

Compartimos un instructivo de acción para rechazar el TPP-11 que esperamos sea útil para las acciones que realicen durante la próxima semana.
